Is no one righteous?
Many church leaders and members teach that we are all sinners and that there is “none righteous, no, not one”. However, the word teaches that true followers of Christ are expected to live a transformed, righteous life by actively obeying and abiding in the words of Jesus, rather than giving mere lip service.
Road of righteousness
The true path to eternal life—the “road of righteousness“—is a strict, narrow, and uncompromising walk with Jesus that requires total obedience to the word of God.
Jesus did not commit himself to them
Because Jesus inherently knew what was in the hearts and minds of all men, he did not entrust or commit himself to those who were insincere.
You be the judge
We must judge ourselves today by the gospel that the Lord Jesus Christ taught, and adjust our lives accordingly. Otherwise, we will be cast away by the same words, without further recourse.
