Whole armor of God
“Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” (Ephesians 6:11) By trickery and deceit. How many in this world are deceived and led astray by self-called preachers? “For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.” (Romans 16:18)
Agree with thine adversary
The adversary comes to us in many ways and in many forms. Whatever your weakest point is, that is where the enemy will attack you. We can only be strong and able to resist Satan when we exercise daily in the obedience of God’s word.
Battle against spiritual wickedness
While these unbelievers who openly defy the word of God are part of the great antichrist spirit, they are not the ones doing the greatest damage. “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” (Matthew 7:15)
Meditate on God’s word
The Lord told us to meditate on his word. To reason these things out in our mind. And always remember one writer of the word does not contradict another writer, they all agree. John the apostle describes the word of God as a great chain in Revelation chapter twenty, verses one and two.
Supernatural realm of God
Syria and Israel were at war. Each time the King of Syria made plans for an attack or an ambush, the King of Israel was warned by God’s prophet, Elisha. The King of Syria felt certain that there was a spy among his people. His heart was troubled, and he called his servants together, and asked who the betrayer might be.
Prayer and fasting
It’s because of unbelief that we don’t receive an answer to our prayers. Unclean spirits are moved only by prayer and fasting.
The beast that opposes Christ
Christ came and fought against the beast. Using the same scriptures as the church held, Christ put to silence the interpretations of man. The high minded, the stiff necked, the self-righteous, and the hypocrites could not gain one word against him. The beast was uncovered. He was wounded.
